In our Soul Flavours menu, tastes, techniques, and traditions meet and combine with local ingredients.

At UMO we strive to make a positive impact on the environment, working with local producers to reduce our carbon food print.

Our approach is founded on holistic research into Hungarian agricultural produce and sustainable collaboration with Hungarian organic farmers, for which we receive huge support from Boldizsár Horváth

and his Farm2Fork project.
Beside each item on our menu, you will find the name of the region where it was grown or sourced.
