FANNI MOLNAR

The owner of UMO, Fanni Molnár is the heart and soul of UMO. Despite her Hungarian roots, she claims that Latin American blood runs through her veins. Thanks to her innovative and youthful mindset and ideas, UMO has become what it is today. She is passionate about South American culture and gastronomy, and every day she does her utmost to share that passion with our guests in the best possible way.

SANDOR BARTAL

The alpha and omega of UMO’s kitchen team, responsible for both the technology and the quality of the food. His true love is asado - the art of cooking over an open fire - and as the only Hungarian member of the kitchen crew, he works in perfect symbiosis with the Latin American guys.

BRYAN IVAREZ

From Los Cabos, Baja California, Mexico - is a specialist in spices and sauces, and he’s at his most creative and innovative when preparing dishes inspired by the culture of his homeland. In his eyes, UMO is the perfect place to showcase his Mexican roots.
